Under the direction of Chief Anthony DeMarco Jr., crews were immediately put to work deploying a handline and ventilating the roof. Crews also assisted with overhaul and cleanup.

The second structure fire occurred last night at the Kipps Mobile Home Park as well. Greenport Fire Chief John Onufrychuck requested Engine/Rescue 27-42 to the scene with a F.A.S.T. crew. Under the direction of Chief Anthony DeMarco Jr., the FAST crew was requested to split up and assist with roof ventilation as well as fire suppression.
