Those are just some of the hundreds of comments the truck committee received last week while showcasing our new tower ladder at FDIC in Indianapolis.

Last week members of the truck committee traveled to FDIC in Indianapolis to meet our new tower ladder built by E-ONE. The apparatus was one of several trucks featured on the show room floor by E-ONE and REV Group. Members were able to access the truck prior to the show opening to the public. A detailed and thorough inspection was completed by the committee at that time. The truck has gone through several inspections to ensure the truck is built to our specifications and is built with quality workmanship. Throughout the show, members were on hand to meet with show attendees and answer questions about the truck. The committee spoke to hundreds of firefighting professionals from around the world. The response was overwhelming. Most all attendees were impressed with the apparatus and many took notes for their next apparatus design.

In between times spent with the new tower ladder, members were able to browse the showroom floor, participate in equipment demonstrations, attend educational seminars, and familiarize themselves with some of the newest technology in firefighting.

The new tower ladder is currently finishing up final quality control inspections by E-ONE and third party independent testers. The truck is scheduled for final delivery in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for more updates.
