Chief Anthony DeMarco Jr. and the City of Hudson Fire Department are proud to announce our new tower ladder has been chosen as a featured apparatus by EONE at the 2021 FDIC International Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Premier Fire Apparatus, our local EONE dealer, advised members of the truck committee recently that EONE has chosen our tower ladder to be featured on the worlds largest stage. FDIC International offers 35,000+ Fire & Rescue professionals from 65+ countries around the world, quality world-class instructors, classrooms, workshops, H.O.T. evolutions and the most innovative products and services available to the industry displayed by over 800 exhibiting companies. The conference is held annually in Indianapolis Indiana at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. This years conference is scheduled to run August 2nd through the 7th.

Members of the truck committee and the department will attend the conference this year representing our department and EONE.

The new tower ladder is currently in production at the EONE facility located in Ocala, Florida. Delivery of the new truck to the department is now expected after the conference in August. The production timeline was unfortunately altered due to the current global pandemic.

Selection for FDIC is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of the truck committee that was formed for the new tower ladder. The committee, comprised of current Chiefs, past Chiefs, Officers, and Firefighters, spent countless hours researching, studying, and designing the new truck. Members of the committee traveled to conventions, including the last FDIC held in 2019, apparatus factories, and local fire departments throughout the area evaluating several different apparatus from every manufacturer. Members of the committee are honored the truck was selected by EONE to represent their brand.
